Another interesting patent from Apple's automotive development

In the world of patent research, sometimes companies do a good job of obscuring their true intentions. It can be difficult to ascertain exactly what type of product they are developing.

Other times, there's no mystery at all. Apple just received a patent for "Safety Belt Positioning and Presentation Systems", US Patent 10,889,261. It is exactly what it sounds like -- a seat belt for a car:

So the Apple Car development continues. And interestingly, according to LinkedIn, 4 of the 5 inventors on this patent are still at Apple.
